An accessible introduction to an exciting new area in computation, explaining such topics as qubits, entanglement, and quantum teleportation for the general reader.

Quantum computing is a beautiful fusion of quantum physics and computer science, incorporating some of the most stunning ideas from twentieth-century physics into an entirely new way of thinking about computation. In this book, Chris Bernhardt offers an introduction to quantum computing that is accessible to anyone who is comfortable with high school mathematics. He explains qubits, entanglement, quantum teleportation, quantum algorithms, and other quantum-related topics as clearly as possible for the general reader. Bernhardt, a mathematician himself, simplifies the mathematics as much as he can and provides elementary examples that illustrate both how the math works and what it means.

Bernhardt introduces the basic unit of quantum computing, the qubit, and explains how the qubit can be measured; discusses entanglement―which, he says, is easier to describe mathematically than verbally―and what it means when two qubits are entangled (citing Einstein's characterization of what happens when the measurement of one entangled qubit affects the second as “spooky action at a distance”); and introduces quantum cryptography. He recaps standard topics in classical computing―bits, gates, and logic―and describes Edward Fredkin's ingenious billiard ball computer. He defines quantum gates, considers the speed of quantum algorithms, and describes the building of quantum computers. By the end of the book, readers understand that quantum computing and classical computing are not two distinct disciplines, and that quantum computing is the fundamental form of computing. The basic unit of computation is the qubit, not the bit.

Quantum Computing for Everyone The MIT Press Chris Bernhardt 9780262039253 Books Reviews

  • Book distills the concept of Quantum Computing or QC into succinct chapters. Yet, not for the faint of heart. One needs a basic understanding of Linear Algebra to understand the basics of how and why a Q Computer works and some of the concepts of Quantum Mechanics.
I recommend it as a base jump into the world of QC.
  • In my perspective reading this book is not confusing it is clear to understand and on an entry level very helpful to me. Anyone Interested in entry level introduction to quantum computing check out this book.
  • Dr Christopher Bernhardt, a Professor of Mathematics at Fairfield University is a master of explaining complex phenomena from an understandable, but not overly simplified point of view. He did this in his earlier MIT Press book on Turing and Computability and he has done it in the present work. As a semi-retired Computer Engineer I wish to be brought up to date on Quantum Computing; but there is a big gap between a hand-waving understanding of Qubits as
an elementary unit that can simultaneously be zero and one and truly understanding how this emerging computing paradigm really works.

With no more mathematics than simple linear algebra and some simple extensions of conventional boolean gates Dr. Bernhardt gives a real and intuitive understanding of how this new computing architecture can be approached. He correctly refers to Fredkin's billiard ball implementation of logic, and reversible gates and shows how applications in factoring large numbers for code breaking, and secure communication can be implemented.

A superb introduction and coherent explanation of an important new way of computing.

--Ira Laefsky MS Engineering, MBA formerly on the Senior Consulting Staff of Arthur D. Little, Inc and Digital Equipment Corporation.
  • Cannot yet judge the contents, but the typesetting of the math and equations is quite bad. Equations appear to be low-res screen shots or equivalent - fuzzy and gray - and do not scale up with text font size for clearer viewing. The problem exists in both a reader and the Mac-based app. The publisher should fix this. Is is readable, with effort, so I don't intend this review to scare off any purchasers - its just a heads up. (I gave 4 stars so as not to bias down the quality rating.)
  • My impression was that he wrote this book in order to understand Quantum Computing for himself and as a practical man to kill two birds with one shot. It's especially felt in the first chapters. Now as the author got a better idea what's he writing about, he would need to write a better one for the readers.
  • I learned more than I expected. I loved this book.

The Color of Compromise The Truth About the American Church&rsquos Complicity in Racism Audible Audio Edition Jemar Tisby Justin Henry foreword Zondervan Books Reviews

  • Jemar Tisby’s The Color of Compromise is a difficult book to read. The difficulty does not result from a complex argument or dense prose, for the book’s argument is simply and straightforwardly made. Rather, the book is difficult to read because of its subject matter, namely, white Christian complicity with racism throughout American history.

“Historically speaking,” Tisby writes, “when faced with the choice between racism and equality, the American church has tended to practice a complicit Christianity rather than a courageous Christianity. They chose comfort over constructive conflict and in so doing created and maintained a status quo of injustice.”

Tisby makes his case by means of a historical survey of people and events from the colonial era to the late-twentieth century. “Not only did white Christians fail to fight for black equality,” Tisby quotes historian Carolyn DuPont in summary, “they often labored mightily against it.” Did you know, for example, that…

    • George Whitefield—the famous evangelist — urged the colony of Georgia, which had been founded as a free territory, to allow slavery. A large part of his motivation was the financial viability of his Bethesda Orphanage, which could be run more cheaply with slave than with paid labor.

    • Prior to the Civil War, Methodist, Baptist, and Presbyterian denominations split into Northern and Southern branches because of the issue of slavery. Leading Southern theologians, such as Robert Lewis Dabney, defended white supremacy and slavery on providential and biblical grounds “Was it nothing, that this [black] race, morally inferior, should be brought into close relations to a nobler race?”

    • According to historian Linda Gordon, “It’s estimated that 40,000 ministers were members of the Klan, and these people were sermonizing regularly, explicitly urging people to join the Klan.” She’s referring to the second iteration of the Ku Klux Klan, which began in the early twentieth century and spread throughout the North as well as the South.

    • W. A. Criswell, pastor of First Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas, spoke in opposition to desegregation at the 1956 South Carolina Baptist Convention. Desegregation was “a denial of all that we believe in,” Brown v. Board of Education was “foolishness” and “idiocy,” and anyone who advocated integration was “a bunch of infidels, dying from the neck up.” First Baptist was the largest Southern Baptist church at the time. For many decades, its most famous member was the evangelist Billy Graham, whose personal views were more moderate than Criswell’s but who stopped short of advocating civil rights for black Americans.

These are but four examples of white Christian complicity with racism, which I have chosen because of their relevance to white evangelical Christians. There are many other examples from across the spectrum of American Protestantism. It is sometimes forgotten, for example, that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s Letter from a Birmingham Jail was written to mainline Protestant ministers and a Jewish rabbi. If you’re looking for a searing indictment of white moderates, consider King’s words

"I have almost reached the regrettable conclusion that the Negro's great stumbling block in his stride toward freedom is not the White Citizen's Counciler or the Ku Klux Klanner, but the white moderate, who is more devoted to “order” than to justice; who prefers a negative peace which is the absence of tension to a positive peace which is the presence of justice; who constantly says “I agree with you in the goal you seek, but I cannot agree with your methods of direct action”; who paternalistically believes he can set the timetable for another man's freedom; who lives by a mythical concept of time and who constantly advises the Negro to wait for a “more convenient season.”"

Of course, there were white Christians throughout American history who opposed racism. But Tisby’s disheartening survey suggests that they were exceptions rather than the rule. As a Pentecostal, for example, I am unaware of any leading white American Pentecostals who publicly supported the Civil Rights Movement during the crucial decade between the Montgomery Bus Boycott and Martin Luther King Jr.’s assassination.

I don’t always agree with Tisby’s reading of the historical evidence. The closer in time he drew to the present day, the more I found myself saying, “That’s not how I would read that particular incident.” The value of Tisby’s survey is that he places those incidents in the light of larger historical forces, showing continuity between them and the past. As a white reader, I found this broader historical perspective forced me to go back and take a second look at how I had been interpreting those more recent events.

So, why bring up this history of white complicity with racism now? While great strides in civil rights have been made over the decades, racism still exists and disfigures American society. “History and Scripture teaches [sic] us that there can be no reconciliation without repentance,” writes Tisby. “There can be no repentance without confession. And there can be no confession without truth.” The Color of Compromise tells a hard truth, but one necessary to hear if racial equity is to be achieved in the Church or in America.

Tisby closes his book with practical suggestions. I don’t agree with all of the particulars, but his thoughts about “The ARC of Racial Justice” are an “entry point” for those on a journey to racial equity. ARC is an acronym for awareness, relationships, and commitment. Become aware of the issues. Build relationships across lines of race and ethnicity. And commit to concrete action…such as reading this thought-provoking book.
  • This book is prophetic. Lecrae's opening words in the Foreword and Jemar's first chapter warn you how awful this book gets.

It's fitting that it starts off with Lecrae telling the story of a meme he posted one 4th of July. Because that's all this book is; it's all of the usual memes you have seen on social media by race hustlers, compiled together to provide a very brief 'history' of racism in America and the church's complicity. You know the ones I'm talking about...Jonathan Edwards owned slaves...Whitefield owned slaves...people who don't want to see confederate monuments torn down are racists...people who supported Trump are racists...on and on it goes. If you've been connected to the twitter and/or facebook accounts of Lecrae, Tisby, Ameen Hudson, TGC, Chandler and the like for the past two years, you already know the content of this book.

One reviewer, Samuel Sey, praises Jemar for the "masterful" job he does in the first six chapters regarding early U.S. history, but then criticizes Jemar's handling of modern times. I totally disagree. There's nothing "masterful" about picking out a handful of historical events, simply noting that they happened, providing a quote or two from secondary sources, and then quickly moving on to the next event; all in the effort to overgeneralize about the U.S. and the church. There are obviously cases he brings up in which real racism and injustice occurred. But it's nothing we don't already know. Heck, the stuff has been thrown in our faces over and over again. Did we really need yet another book to remind us? Again, you are not going to see anything that either isn't painfully obvious or you haven't already seen in poorly done memes from the past two years.

To his credit though, Jemar warned in the first chapter that in trying to provide a fast-paced history of the U.S. and racism, he had to be highly selective and brief. Granted, any historian has to be selective. No history is comprehensive. But you can't be brief and extremely selective, not only in what you highlight, but in how you do so, virtually ignoring any and all challenges to your interpretation of events sourced from secondary works, and expect any serious student to just run with what you claim. You can't be extremely brief and generic in trying to explain, for example, the 'Civil War' and all of the factors that led to it in the previous decades. You just can't. Sorry. But Jemar not only thinks he pulled that off, he assures us in the opening chapter that there is simply no other way to understand any of these events/actions than the way he has spun them.

I didn't vote for Trump, in the primary or general. And I'm still not a huge fan. Some things I like. Some things I don't. But does Jemar seriously expect me to just sit here and blindly accept his generalization about all those who did vote for him; that they are all complicit in propagating racism? Give me a break.

The book then ends with a call to action to combat racism. Here, I find the book hysterical and disturbing.

Some of the hysterical parts are like those where he recommends that we white people befriend more people of color. Yes, of course...because all people of color think alike and are going to straighten us out. haha. I have many friends 'of color' who hate these progressive, revisionist theories just as much as I do. I have 'black' friends who hate Lincoln and support Confederate monuments! Imagine that. What's wrong with these 'Uncle Toms,' am i right? What is some generic invitation to befriend more 'blacks' going to accomplish? Depending on who it is, it may actually work against Jemar. How many 'blacks' agree with his assessment? I don't know. But neither does he. Yet, he generalizes the 'races' all throughout this book.

Oh, this one was hysterical too...we need to pour more money into government education. Yes, let's continue funding the evangelistic arm of the anti-Christ. That will be a huge help to our children. Actually, that's both hysterical and disturbing.

One of the more disturbing parts of the book was his call for his freedom fighters to boycott conferences if all of the speakers are white, seminaries, theologians perceived as racist (like Whitefield and Edwards, i suppose?) and so on; and to even show up at the administrative offices of some of these places and do sit-ins and the like. I'm sure that's going to go over real well. Yes...let's have a crowd of ignoramuses show up at churches and seminaries to pick fights with people they perceive to be 'racists' because Jemar told them they were racists. Let's encourage our youth to go LOOKING for racism and fights.

And yes, that is what this is. Jemar, unknowingly, acknowledges it himself. There is one particular line he says multiple times in the book..."racism does not end, it adapts." At one point toward the end of the book, he says this again while explaining that there is no "smoking gun - explicit evidence that connects the American church with overt complicity in racism" today. Hmmm...in other words, if we can't find racism, we'll create it. And then we'll gather and shout and accuse and fight.

With just a few minor changes, this book could have easily been written by any BLM activist unbeliever. There was no call to discipleship with sound, systematic doctrine. Just the opposite, with praises of James Cone and those who founded the BLM and MeToo movements. Nevermind the fact that BLM's official website EXPLICITLY REJECTS God's social order as expressed in Holy Writ. I don't think i'm overreacting by stating that none of this seems to matter to Jemar. In another place, he said it himself..."the only wrong action, is inaction."

Ummm...no. Sorry Mr. Tisby. There's this thing we call the "Law of God." There are a ton of wrong actions one could take, some of which you recommend in your book. And for that, and the shoddy 'historical' analysis from secondary sources, i can't recommend this book.

But let me guess...this makes me a racist, right?

Burnout The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle Emily Nagoski PhD Amelia Nagoski DMA 9781984817068 Books Reviews

  • This book is special and important. It's the kind of book you want to give to everyone you know because you know it will make their lives a better place. From understanding the importance of completing the stress cycle, to facing down "Human Giver Syndrome" to making friends with the madwoman we all have in our attic, the Nagoski sisters break down some serious research and make it easy to understand and apply. Please do yourself a favor and read this book immediately.
  • I loved the pop culture references, which added a depth and commonality of them. Pop culture is a product of its times, and our times are, as the euphemism goes, "interesting." The use of pop culture to help figure out our responses is a brilliant short cut. BURNOUT taught me so many helpful things, vivid metaphors that should stick in my mind for when the stress is high and my mind is casting about for a place to ground itself. Although many Star Trek references abound, so do others. So very Darmok and Jalad at Tenagra.
  • I learned a lot about myself and my stress, and finally an understandable way to manage it. This book is realistic and relatable and I know I'll read it multiple times.
  • The themes described in this book are issues that frequently come up in my work as a therapist. I was blown away at the ease in which the authors explained difficult concepts regarding stress cycles, body image issues, the patriarchy, self-compassion and many others that took me years of graduate school to understand. I love their perspective regarding "Human Giver Syndrome" and other issues pertaining to women. This book was fun, easy to read, and is an absolute "must-have" in my collection. I have recommended it to numerous clients.
  • This is an incredible groundbreaking book, for everyone (if the non-women can get past it being written for women). The first two chapters alone are worth the price of the book, just for all the information on how stress and stressors work in our bodies and how to help our bodies heal. Highly recommended.
  • I loved Emily's first book "Come As You Are" and knew that this one would be a home run as well. She and her sister do a fantastic job of making you feel seen while also giving practical solutions. I recommend this to everyone and plan on randomly leaving it in coffee shops so that someone can happen upon it.
  • Excellent, intersectional lens and approach to self-help with relatable anecdotes and science-based tips to improve your life. I love this book and it has improved my life already.
  • Would highly recommend this to anyone who identifies as female, or knows and cares about someone who identifies as female.

Inspired by the true story of a former slave who became a saint, this poignant novel explores how a human being can survive the obliteration of her identity, and how kindness and generosity can be born out of profound trauma.

She recalls little of her childhood, not even her own name. She was barely seven years old when she was snatched by slave raiders from her village in the Darfur region of southern Sudan. In a cruel twist, they gave her the name that she will carry for the rest of her life Bakhita, "the Lucky One" in Arabic. Sold and resold along the slave trade routes, Bakhita endures years of unspeakable abuse and terror. At age 13, at last, her life takes a turn when the Italian consul in Khartoum purchases her. A few years later, as chaos engulfs the capital, the consul returns to Italy, taking Bakhita with him. In this new land, another long and arduous journey begins - one that leads her onto a spiritual path for which she is still revered today.

With rich, evocative language, Véronique Olmi immerses the listener in Bakhita's world - her unfathomable resilience, her stubborn desire to live, and her ability to turn toward the pain of others in spite of the terrible sufferings that she too must endure.

For the Love of Cupidity A Heart Hassle Novella Book 4 Audible Audio Edition Raven Kennedy Melissa Schwairy Books Reviews

  • This ending was everything I wanted, won't spoil but just take the time to imagine what that entails. Honestly this was a perfect ending to a perfect series. While I won't lie, I could always use more of Emelle and her boys (wouldn't ever turn more down) this ending was wholly satisfying. If you are ever in a state of depression and you need a pick me up this novel is the one for you. It has the romance you yearn for with a sucker punch amount of comedy. I've never laughed harder, Emelle has to be my favorite mc of all times. I can't word this eloquently enough, but if you like RH you won't be disappointed with this one.
  • Okay so this was a fantastic short! Usually you don’t get your monies worth, but this time you definitely did!
So we do meet the guys parents, and not surprisingly Roark’s mom is a high society snob that treats emelle like trash. And she didn’t even remember her housekeepers name! The poor man has spent 50 years working for you and you can’t be bothered to remember his name?!
So by now it’s been 3 years since emelle killed the prince. She now has a daughter and is pregnant again. And now she has to deal with a bunch of Cupid’s who already failed their first training program.
Did I mention a bugger eating, furry, wart ball flashing troll decided to become a Cupid? Well yeah that happened.
Cupid 69 is still mourning Belren aka The Horned Hook so Sev is also doing her portion of the work. We all know how that’s going.
All in all this short story was highly entertaining
  • If you fell in love with Emelle and her mates throughout the trilogy that came before this novella, you're definitely going to fall even more in love now. 😍
With Valentine's day right around the corner when the story starts, action happens pretty quick. We get to see even more of the love that Emelle and her mates share. There are plenty of your typical Emelle moments to keep us on our toes but overall I loved this story. The storyline was solid, stayed true to previous events and the ending was exactly what I didn't know I needed.
  • I so love ❤️ Emil. She was even more hilarious in this novella than in the others. The things she says is always the best and funniest stuff. Like no filter but in the best way. And it doesn’t surprise me that she is super clumsy while pregnant.

But the best part was the labor. All cursing of the Genfins and Okot was hilarious. And then she calls the Demon by accident mid push. Oh my word best thing ever. I’ve had two kids and I still don’t know exactly what giving birth looks like and from what felt like since I went all natural I imagine it ain’t pretty. So I feel for the Demon. I really do. Probably ruined it for the rest of his life. 😂

I can’t wait to get more from this group. 😍 I love them.
  • Raven Kennedy is a genius! Thank you for giving us a glimpse of the happy ever after.

Just like in the other 3 books this novella is full of sweet moments, moments that have you laughing like a loon in public & more of Emelle's "genius" ideas. It's really nice to see Emelle coming along as a character. While she's certainly matured, all of her best characteristics are still present - her well neaning crazy ideas, the no filter & her need to be liked by all while not really giving a crap. Her mates are the same - in love & going a little insane but it warmed my heart to see how all her guys now function as a unit. They've truly built a family and I loved every word!
  • Just finished all 4 books and it's such a wonderful love story! Emelle is hilarious and cute. Her rambling definitely got on my nerves everyy now and then though. But this series has a ton of love and humor. I smiled through most of it and had a few LOL moments as well.
    **SPOILER ALERT**
I definitely think adding the children to the story line was a spectacular ending. It added a lot more love towards the end. If the series was to continue, it should definitely take place around the children as they grow up. Maybe add some more bad guys and stuff to get the story going again.
  • I adore this story so much, it's difficult to express properly in words. The way that Raven Kennedy crafts her characters and the worlds around them are simply perfect. I will never get enough of this world she's created and can only hope that she's far from done with it no matter the branch it takes. This adorable novella is simply icing on the cake.
  • The ending to this is spectacular. How R. Kennedy makes up all of the ridiculously amusing words is beyond my comprehension. The creativity it takes to write such a funny, heart-felt, and charismatic Novella is uncommon. However, Kennedy decides to jump in and accomplish this feat with this entire series. I applaud you! 10 Practice Tests for the SAT 2019 Edition Extra Preparation to Help Achieve an Excellent Score College Test Preparation The Princeton Review Books Reviews

  • All the reviews for this 2019 Edition book dated back to 2015/2016. Are people reviewing the book before it's published?
  • It's a good prep series (as is Kaplan) but a quick glance at the first few math tests revealed that its the same as the 2018 book. If this is your first prep book, go for it. If you're looking for more unique problems beyond the 2018 book, save your money.
  • This book Is amazing it not only has 10 full practice test but it also has sat essay practice prompts, it explains the answers in depth and it also has a section that tells you how to convert the scores so you can know generally what’d you get on the sat
  • Order now.

This book is the perfect intermediary for students who want to take one SAT in the fall and one SAT in the spring.

This volume of 10 practice tests will give your student just enough to do a test a week, which is what I recommend for students who want to learn strategies.

It also briefs the students on what changes will be coming in the spring. I think it's a great time to hedge your bets and try one of each test, you may come out ahead of the curve.

Over years of teaching, the Princeton review strategies, when successfully learned do concretely help your score. The SAT is not a test that evaluates your intelligence, it is merely a test that evaluates your test taking. As hard as it may be, study for this test, you won't regret it.
  • It is hard to say this one is the best SAT prep as I can not fully agree with some of the answers as well as explanations.
  • The book is huge, has lots of information to help our daughter prepare for the SAT...Very easy to use
  • When I got this book, it looks new when looking at the cover, but when I got to the last part of some pages, it was bented on part of the edge! This looked like it had been a little damaged, anyway.
  • Thicker than I thought, 10 actual tests for practice.

ELEONORA CASTA, in arte Nemesis.

The ultimate escapist collection of environmentally sustainable houses, cabins, and retreats, this book circles the globe to find the best eco-architecture in the most stunning and remote locations.

The imperative to reduce our carbon footprint and focus on renewable energy is having a profound impact on our daily lives and the way we think about living spaces. Surveying some of the world’s most innovative off-grid homes, Off the Grid reveals the creative architecture and cutting-edge technologies that are redefining where and how we live―enabling us to escape to some of the most extraordinary and secluded natural environments on the planet.

Dominic Bradbury tells the story of how innovative architects have made everyday living in the most wild and remote locations of the United States, Europe, Asia, and Australia not only feasible, as all of the homes featured are largely self-sustaining in terms of energy, water, and in some cases food, but also a rewarding and tempting reality.

From snowbound cabins in the far Northern Hemisphere to coastal retreats that can only be accessed by boat, this fully illustrated overview explains the diverse ways in which architects are tackling extreme climates, remoteness, and sustainability challenges to enable a new way of life that is both liberating and responsible, wherever on Earth you happen to be.

The Red Plains are hot. But my fae king? Even hotter. So, we kind of got captured by a warlike clan of Vundi warriors. Sounds bad, right? But they treat us as guests, and I’m coming to like them despite the ongoing threat of me being shipped off to the king beyond the mountain. I still endeavor to reach the winter kingdom and find a way back home … until the Vundi high priestess reveals that I may have more ties to the fae world than I ever imagined. On top of that, Leander knows just what buttons to press to get me naked, in a tub, and panting for him. My resolve is failing on all fronts, but worse than that, I discover danger is even closer than I realized.

Author's Note Bite of Winter is book 3 in the Fae’s Captive Series. You’ll want to read Fae’s Captive and Road to Winter Fae’s Captive 2 before beginning this book. Fae’s Captive 4, Beyond the Mountain, will complete Leander and Taylor’s story arc, and Book 5 will begin Gareth and Beth’s story (with plenty of cameos from Leander and Taylor).

"I hate cliffhangers normally, but I forgive Lily archer as her book a bite of winter was a fantastic read! She lead up to Leander and Taylor's mating and it was great as I got lost in the story of their love and the trials they faced just to get back to the winter realm."

Bite of Winter Fae Captive Book 3 edition by Lily Archer Romance eBooks Reviews

  • 3 stars! I love the storyline and the characters BUT her books are way too short. If you are a avid reader you will be done reading all three books within 3 hours, honestly it’s starting to piss me off. At this rate I will probably wait until she releases ALL her books and just read them all in a day, because these books are more like short stories. I understand wanting people to keep purchasing future books BUT you have to give someone at least a couple hours of reading material. Like I said great series but I can’t stand the lengths.
  • I really love the stories but not the Mini series set up. I don't like have it end with no closure and making it so I have to buy the next and next and so on book to know what happens.
  • I am a 65 yr old woman & you have made my sexual (sleeping) side of me wake.... Wide awake! Your story telling has me reading each book with one sitting. I have never read another book with such furious desire to see what happens next as I have with Fae's Captive. I am absolutely in love with the characters! You go Girl! And keep writing!!!
  • This series of Lily Archer is definitely a five star review worthy storyline! Love the strong dominant male that Leander and Gareth both portray. Strong, loyal, protective and yet tender and loving with the females. Even though Gareth trys to be stern with Beth I knew that there would be a story for them coming out of this... So far the first three books have not disappointed. Who Taylor truly is will be revealed in book four. I'm so glad that Leander and his feral fae claimed their mate. No matter how hard Taylor tried to fight the feeling it was there for him, her true mate! But I must admit, I didn't blame her not wanting to have their mating to be a show and tell show for anyone... Beth needed to get a grip...Really! (LOL)
  • Ugh......way to short. I read this book in 2 days. I really need monroe content. Please stop with the short stories. You are a great writer. You have created a great story line that can take you far. If your doing this on purpose ,creating short stories you might push your fan base away. You have great quality now give us quantity
  • I hate cliffhangers normally, but I forgive Lily archer as her book a bite of winter was a fantastic read! She lead up to Leander and Taylor's mating and it was great as I got lost in the story of their love and the trials they faced just to get back to the winter realm.
  • Please hurry with book 4! Holy cliffhanger Batman! But it is worth it! Love Leander and Taylor! Love the wild adventure and the humor! Keep writing, I’ll keep reading!
  • What an amazing continuation! I almost died at the unicorn thing, and the big reveal at the end? Holy cow, I want more, now, now, now!!! Highly recommend.
